Rock Shop Guitars are stored in an environmentally stable Shop, ie, they are not in a DRY warehouse on a shelf. Our Guitars are well taken care of and maintained throughout their life here at our shop.

We are kind of a foster parent, We take care of them until we can find them a permanent home. You will not find our high end items on a rack where everyone can scratch and play and muck up, our high end guitars are either behind the counter or in my office!

We can set up your guitar any way you like by the Owner, Todd. Not some kid who just likes playing guitar for amusement. I have been setting up and playing guitars for over 20 years. We use a Peterson Auto Strobe 490 Guitar Tuner. We can spend more time with your guitar than the big chain/box store. I personally set up and play every guitar before it goes out. Afterall it's MY name and reputation that is going out the door.

Would you like to pay top dollar for a guitar that someone else has had and gigged with for 45 days? We wouldn't either, that is why our return policy is 10 days from day of shipment. Usually once you open the case and play it for 10 minutes... You know. And if you got it at The Rock Shop, You will be more than happy. Thanks for checking out our site.
