All returns must be verbally authorized by a salesman who will issue a Return Authorization number (RA#). There are no refunds on special order non-stock items or wireless systems.

All paperwork (Warranty Cards, Inspection Cards, Certificates) AND merchandise must be in same condition as when it was shipped to you. If so, a full refund, less any shipping charges, will be given. In the case where these conditions are not met, it is up to our discretion as to what the charges will be. Obviously we will not charge you 30% for a missing warranty card, but if the merchandise has been obviously scratched or altered, then we have a used piece of merchandise and will refund accordingly.

Inspection Time:
We allow up to 10 days for your inspection of the merchandise. Just to make things easy, time will start on the shipping date. This is for your protection as well as ours, you wouldn't want to pay good money for something that someone has had for 30 days would you? Besides, most people know if they like it or not in the first 15 minutes. Also this helps us to control our inventory and get more cool guitars for you folks.
